Join The Brass Rail on Sunday, May 31 for Miss & Mr. Gay Black San Diego 2026, an evening celebrating Black excellence, LGBTQ+ leadership, and the legacy of this important community pageant. This year’s event honors Strawberry and Damon for their contributions to the community.
Hosted by Mx Gay San Diego 2025 Amber St. James, the evening will feature special appearances by Norma Braxton (the first MGBSD 1976), Cassandra Marie-Stahl, Coco Chanel, Ondra Campbell, and RuPaul’s Drag Race star Jasmine Masters.
Contestants will compete in Presentation (Blue), Evening Gown/Formal Wear, Talent, and Q&A as they compete for the titles of Miss and Mr. Gay Black San Diego 2026.
