Luminosa: Trans San Diego Pageant is a community-centered celebration of trans excellence, artistry, and leadership, presented as a fundraiser supporting T4T Empowerment. Created to uplift and showcase transgender and gender-diverse voices, this pageant highlights talent, storytelling, fashion, and performance in an affirming and celebratory space.
Hosted by Whorchata and Victoria Castro, the evening features contestants competing for the titles of Miss, Mr, and Mx Trans San Diego, with special performances and awards throughout the night. Luminosa is designed not only as entertainment, but as a platform for visibility, empowerment, and community connection.
Proceeds from the event support trans-centered initiatives, performer compensation, and community programming through T4T Empowerment.
